Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, or in-person
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking merchandise as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, privacy, and security
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
