ICS, LLC is seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our growing team.

General accounting experience and knowledge is necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience using Quickbooks Online, while experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and One Drive is helpful.

• Maintaining Organization of Files - Both Electronically & Paper
• Assist in Preparing & Maintaining Reports, Spreadsheets & Correspondence
• Ability to Prioritize Job Tasks
• Dependable & Reliable (Arriving to Work on Time and on the Day(s) You are Scheduled to Work)
• Trustworthy with Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
• Willingness to Help Wherever Help is Needed

Pay Range: $18-$23 / Depending on Experience

The right candidate will have the opportunity to choose the days and hours that work with their schedule, which can be discussed further at the time of an interview. If you are trustworthy, reliable and ready to work, we look forward to hearing from you!

Expected hours: 15-25 per week, however this can be adjusted to suit the right candidate
