We are seeking an Administrative Fellow in Wausau, Wisconsin at our Aspirus Corporate Office who will participate in a well-rounded experience at our fully integrated health delivery network, inclusive of Aspirus Health Plan and Aspirus Network (clinically integrated network) through project based self-directed activities and planned experiential curriculum. The one-year program provides the fellow in-depth exposure to a broad range of healthcare management/administrative opportunities and challenges and one-on-one interaction with senior-level leadership.

Experience/Qualifications:

• During the application phase, the ideal candidate will be in their final year of an accredited graduate program. A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field is required upon start.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Prior work experience in healthcare, including internships, and demonstration of leadership through community involvement or professional associations is preferred.
• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
