We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our operations in the hospitality and food industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, team leadership, and a strong understanding of food safety protocols. The said individual will be responsible for managing a large team, hiring and training, working seamlessly with HR, entry-level accounting, scheduling, and payroll. 50-60 hours per week and weekends are a must.
