Description
- Create and organize a client Google Drive folder, including creating all necessary service folders, invoice folder, and creating/saving/editing a expense report for services rendered and saving the received referral as a PDF document and uploading it to the proper service folder (or if client already exists, updating existing Google Drive and expense report information).
- Answer and document incoming calls and addressing client, caseworker, or provider inquiries and concerns for all agency services.
- Add client(s) to the appropriate chore Wait List.
- Send out introduction emails to assigned case worker.
- Label all emails sent with their own name label format.
- Maintain accurate client records and documents with concern for confidentiality.
- Actively recruit new providers for all chore services.
- Follow downtime checklist tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or education equivalent required.
- Great communication abilities, including written and verbal communication.
- Patience, empathy and professionalism.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation and other software.
- Effective time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- In-depth understanding of the company’s products or services.
