Position Title : Administrative Assistant

Schedules Available : Full Time, 40 hours. Approximately 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm daily.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Assists Facility Leadership with multiple tasks such as documenting, sorting, filing, typing, organizing, mailing, etc.
• Answers the phone cordially and assists caller with any needs or concerns.
• Assists with updating policies and employee on-boarding
• Friendly, outgoing, self-directed, highly organized.
• Assists with maintaining medical records and documentation as required.

• Associate’s Degree in business or medical records preferred.
• Experience in a nursing home or similar health care organization desired.
• Must be highly dependable and organized.
• Experience and familiarity with medical terminology and medical record maintenance preferred.
• Must be highly competent with Computers and software use. Must be able to create and analyze forms using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Record software.

Should be familiar with setting up computers and troubleshooting problems.
