Account Manager’s Responsibilities:

• Help clients through the variety and ease of our financing process
• Main point of contact with homeowner throughout the process
• Ensure that all projects are financed, executed on-time, within scope and within budget
• Educating homeowners and providing alternative solutions to enhance the value of each home
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client
• Select appropriate construction methods and strategies
• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to clients
• Respond to work delays and other problems including emergencies
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Account Managers work full time. Needs to meet deadlines and respond to delays and emergencies.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business (required)
• Master's degree or MBA (preferred)
• 2 years previous experience in Customer Service
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel
• Passing Background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel

Subject to both typical office environment and outside locations with temperature and weather variations and may involve walking on uneven ground of a potential customer construction site. Most of the work is conducted in the office.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
