An excellent career opportunity is available for a Sr HR Generalist in the Honeywell’s Process Solutions (HPS) business supporting the US One Country business located in Houston, Texas.

In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the HPS leadership team.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups. In addition, you will help to build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent as well as drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.
