ANDON is searching for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruiting to make an immediate impact on business operations and help shape our company’s future.

What you’ll be doing:

·Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and helping to hire top talent to meet our organization’s evolving needs.

·Partner with department managers to understand position needs and ensure we hire the best candidate.

·Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking.

·Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

·Coordinate and lead new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.

·Provide general HR support in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, and onboarding.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
