What You Will Do:

- Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive and equitable salary and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Policy & Compliance: Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Immigration Support: Efficiently handle visa applications and immigration processes for international hires.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: You have 3-5 years in HR, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems like ADP and Workday.
- Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of both federal and state employment laws.
- Problem Solver: Experienced in navigating complex HR issues including employee relations and compliance.
