Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) has an excellent opportunity for a Channel Sales Leader. The position is part of HCE Connected Buildings. In this role you will drive growth and value of our enterprise software business through strong partnerships, especially collaboration between Honeywell Business Technologies (HBT) and HCE Connected Buildings (CB). You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide strategic analysis and recommendations related to product roadmaps, strategy, technology, and business development to create a positive customer experience and drive revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive sales of existing Honeywell Forge software that provides predictive maintenance, carbon/energy management, visitor and contractor management, and OT cyber security into new channels, primarily within internal Honeywell channels
• Identify and prioritize areas/projects within Honeywell Building Technologies and Honeywell Connected Buildings to maximize collaboration in business development, technology, and strategy to drive revenue growth
• Drive projects, joint sales, products and delivery by proactively identifying and removing roadblocks
• Effectively manage and execute management cadence (MOS), end-to-end projects, programs, and initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the key internal stakeholders across our executive, strategy, product, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure close alignment
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, especially at the Sr. Leadership level; demonstrate a deep understanding of the business and customer needs
• Assess market and partnership opportunities and help define strategy for CB and HBT
• Perform and execute special projects to drive CB and HBT business and innovation
