Job overview
The Front Office Manager is a key leadership role and is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the successful oversight of hotel operations in accordance to Hilton Standards. Successful oversight includes but is not limited to high quality guest satisfaction, associate engagement, associate retention, financial performance, sales, revenue generation and maximizing profits.
The ideal candidate will have two or more years of Hotel Customer Service experience. * Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit a proven track record of exemplary customer service/sales performance in other business fields with strong leadership abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient computer skills.*

Required Schedule and Availability:
Work schedule is based on the needs of the hotel. Must be available to work a various work schedule, which may include weekends, holidays, split shifts, afternoon shifts, overnight shifts.
Responsibilities also include covering all sick calls as needed with 24-hour on-call and availability to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages three to four subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 20 employees in the Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Front Desk and Maintenance Departments. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervises 10 employees (non-supervisory). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsibilities also include covering all sick calls as needed with 24-hour on-call and availability to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
