We are a growing dental office and we need some more amazing, energetic, and motivated people on our team. Our dental offices are located in Mendon, New York and Rochester, NY. We are expanding and looking for team members for our Front Office, as well as Dental Assistants. Previous experience is not required. We are happy to train a motivated, energetic person who wants to become a part of this growing multicultural team
Our office is hiring a Front Office Receptionist, who is responsible for delivering great customer service, be professional, friendly, and motivated to complete excellent patient care. Greeting and welcoming patients to check patients in and out, communicating with medical/ dental insurance providers to determine co-payments, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed, helping patients fill out forms, preparing patients' charts and daily schedules for the dental staff, updating patient records and documents. Ability to multi-task and exercise basic knowledge of dental terminology.
