Major Areas of Accountability
1) Meets and exceeds the expectations of the guests by providing outstanding guest service in accordance with the hotel’s policies/procedures, and the brand’s standards.
Arranges fulfillment of guest services by working with housekeeping, maintenance and food and beverage where applicable.

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes, including collecting payments and issuing keys
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle reservations and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Knowledge of front desk operations, guest relations, and customer service principles
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests during their stay.
