FiDi Endodontics is an established endodontic specialty practice near South Street Seaport in Lower Manhattan. We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable full-time dental front office administrator to join our friendly team!
Monday through Friday 8:45am - 6pm
Mandarin/Cantonese speaker is a plus.
Duties include but not limited to:
-answering calls
-booking/confirming appointments
-insurance verification
-payment collection
-correspondence with patients and referring doctors
Experience with Dentrix a plus.
Compensation is dependent on experience and performance.
We are looking for a long term team member, please do not apply if you are searching for a summer-only position.
