HR/Payroll, Good interpersonal & Communication Skills Familiarity with General Accounting Principles & Payroll is a Plus Employee Record Updates for Mandatory Training Interview, Recruit, and Write Ups Maintenance of Employee Files, Completion of Payroll Assist W/Employee Relation Issues. Research & Resolve Pay Discrepancies Make Photo Copies, Fax Documents, File, Compose Letters, Prepare Mail, and Other Correspondence
Must be able to follow mandatory check list and retrieve documents
Must be able to type 35-40 WPM, have excellent grammar be able to edit and type disciplinary actions. Other job duties as assigned.
Working knowledge of general HR policies/procedures
