Job Title: Director of Information Technology/IT Manager

The Head of Information Technology is tasked with overseeing the organization's IT strategy, from planning to execution. This role involves managing the IT infrastructure, integrating new technologies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Primary Objective: Enhance Our Partner's technological efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead efforts to combat information silos, focusing on strategic utilization of enterprise applications like Microsoft 365 apps and SharePoint.
2. Formulate and execute Our Partner's IT strategy, incorporating AI applications where beneficial.
3. Supervise the development and upkeep of IT department, including equipment and software inventories.
4. Educate staff to reduce "shadow IT" usage and implement suitable alternatives.
5. Lead special projects to identify, research, and deploy new IT solutions to address evolving business needs.
6. Contribute to budget planning and manage IT expenditure effectively.
7. Collaborate with departments to ensure IT initiatives support organizational goals.
8. Recruit and oversee third-party consultants within budget constraints.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations.
10. Provide coding support for internal software projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience.
• Proficiency in coding and programming.
• Familiarity with the multifamily housing industry preferred.
• Strong grasp of IT infrastructure and security.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
