Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a 0-1 go-to-market strategy to drive Jobright's organic growth.
- Help define PMF by continuously engaging with target users, building communities, collecting feedback and identifying their pain points.
- Build the premier AI job search assistance brand and gain widespread market recognition.
- Build relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand the reach of the product.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase user retention and engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth and engagement.
- 2 years of experience and proven records in going to market at early stage tech startups.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to overcome obstacles in emerging markets.
- Solid experience in growth marketing, product marketing and content marketing.
- Experience in recruiting or HR related domain is strongly preferred.
