Exciting opportunity for an energetic Part-Time Front Desk Agent in the Santa Monica market who can appreciate representing an upscale, luxurious hotel.
In the heart of Santa Monica, just a short walk from the pier, you will find the newly renovated and rebranded Hilton Santa Monica Hotel & Suites. This Santa Monica hotel is three blocks away from the beach, providing easy access to some of Southern California’s most popular attractions.
As a Front Desk Clerk, you would be responsible for processing check-ins and check-outs, issuing room keys, answering questions, and resolving guest requests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
