Job Description: Hilco Streambank is seeking an office manager with excellent organization skill and a personal disposition to assist the new New York office with all necessary administrative duties and office management. The ideal candidate will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, establishing and maintaining procedures, and communication. The candidate should have a minimum of one years’ experience in administrative or managerial work. Salary range target: $65K - $85K General Responsibilities: Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, maintaining filing system, mailing, and shipping packages Answer phones and route calls to the correct person or take messages Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain, and manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested Skills/Qualifications Self-starter professional, fast learner who can contribute immediately in a high-volume environment Diligent, detail-oriented office manager knowledgeable of all office functions Excellent customer service, telephone, and computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Methodical, organized, and determined Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of one year proven administrative experience Hilco Global is an equal opportunity employer.
