Job Overview:
Executive assistant to perform more than administrative tasks; this individual will be the executive’s “right-hand person” who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals. The successful candidate will filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive’s role so that the executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions. This position requires working with three companies and coordinating efforts in daily functions of each. You will answer directly to the Executive Director while aiding in fiscal responsibilities, human resource activities, collaboration with key stakeholders/ providers, and communicate guidance to the organizations. You must have analytical skills, excellent work ethic, superior communication skills, and the ability to perform with integrity.
