Responsibilities:

  • You will work hand in hand with field sales reps and company leadership to support opportunities with some of the largest companies in the world by answering customer questions, helping track notes on activity, facilitating order processing, and assisting with all things ‘sales process.’ This includes fostering a smooth transition to the Client Services team for virtual and in-person training.
  • You will solely own sales opportunities with mid-market and small business customers, supporting their purchases through remote relationships and website purchases.
  • Primary owner of Sales Operations, including our HubSpot CRM, ensuring records are accurate and at an appropriate level of detail. This is our company’s ‘Source of Truth’, so accuracy and timeliness are paramount.
  • Take opportunities from inbounds, trade shows, and other sources and triage them. For most customers, you will be the first call they have. You will vet the opportunity and present customers with an initial sales pitch as appropriate (passing large opportunities on to the relationship sales team after the initial call).
  • Communicate well with Marketing to improve the quality of the Marketing-to-Sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Experience as an inside sales rep, working primarily from phone/email/video.
  • Experience with a sales CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Based in Nashville

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Industrial and large customer sales experience
  • Experience selling physical or safety products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
