HeartPlace is Hiring a Physician Liaison-Business Development Representative Near Dallas, TX
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create collaborative relationships between the group and referral physicians, nurses, referral coordinators and practice administrators.
2. Implement marketing plans including branding, advertising and special events, cold calls to facilitate the marketing of the group.
3. Coordinate the marketing meeting between the referring physicians and the group’s physicians.
4. Interact with existing referral customers to facilitate repeat business.
5. Assist with development brochures, advertisements and other publications describing the services provided by the group.
6. Track efforts to facilitate growth.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Must possess a proven ability to communicate with and persuade others in a positive manner.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively with staff, physicians and external customers.
4. Ability to independently meet with physicians and employers to market services.
Education / Trainning / Experience:
1. Requires a minimum associate’s degree with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Bachelor’s in marketing, business, nursing, healthcare administration or related field preferred.
3. Contacts in local hospital and healthcare market would be a plus.
4. At least 1 year experience in healthcare marketing or operations.
