The Project Manager will drive and track life cycle projects by the Director of Projects in support of all Administrative Services and Funds’ goals.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Manage internal and external partners, respond to project inquiries, lead project meetings and ensures meeting goals are accomplished.
· Organize files and ensure that data is readily available to the Project Team.
· Write and/or edit various documents, reports, and presentations (i.e., meeting and conference materials, minutes, project plans, etc.).
· Act as a liaison between vendors, operational staff, IT and senior management.
Education and experience:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing projects that involve multiple departments or teams across the organization.
· Ability to document complicated business requirements and workflows, and develop business requirements documents for new projects and change requests.
· Experience in managing business change initiatives for business and customer facing applications and related services.
· Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive project planning documentation and related artifacts.
· Experience with project management software and applications like Smartsheet.
· High competency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
· Effective and concise communication (both written and verbal) when communicating to staff and vendors of various levels, developing project specifications, identifying issues, and communicating resolutions.
