Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at HEADQUARTERS. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong math skills for accurately handling cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and safety protocols
- Familiarity with retail math for calculating drink prices and making change
