The Allure Agency is in need of polished and professional servers and bussers to work fun events in the New Orleans area.
Responsibilities:
- Serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
- Provide information to help food and beverage selections.
- Present ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Prepare room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
- Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons’ choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
- Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process.
- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Remove plates, cups and cutlery from tables promptly as guests complete their use of the items. Stage items in crates to be washed.
- Execute any other duties assigned onsite.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of fine dining experience.
- Must be polished an professional.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Must be able to submit high quality photos of yourself
- Must have an upbeat, happy personality.
- Must genuinely enjoy working with people and enhancing overall experience of guests.
- Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
- Must submit a professional resume showing relatable experience.
- Must comprehend instructions well and execute tasks proficiently.
- Must NOT have any tattos on face or forearms.
- Must have an upbeat, happy, can-do attitude and the ability to follow instructions confidently and quickly.
