```Duties```

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your duties will include:

- Greeting and seating guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Taking food and drink orders accurately

- Delivering orders promptly and correctly to the guests

- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about menu items

- Handling guest complaints with professionalism and care

- Processing payments and operating the POS system efficiently

- Proficiency in using OpenTable for reservations

- Knowledge of Toast POS

- Strong guest relations skills to ensure customer satisfaction

- Knowledge of culinary terminologies and menu items

- Exceptional guest services skills to create a welcoming atmosphere

- Ability to handle food safely and follow industry hygiene standards

- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing

- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
