Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.

- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are accommodated.

- Serve ramen and beverages promptly and with attention to detail.

Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese or other languages is a plus.

-Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or have valid work authorization and SSN card.
