Overview
The Program Coordinatormanages the supported housing program(s) with the overall responsibility for service delivery to formerly homeless individuals with the ultimate objective of assisting clients with achieving independent living. The Program Coordinator provides case management and supportive counseling to the clients; advocates for the clients’ needs and supports them to meet the goals on their Individualized Service Plans. The Program Coordinator also assumes responsibility for the facilities and for supervision and oversight of the House Managers.

Cubicle space within office building; prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer, OR, requires equal amounts of sitting and standing, must be able to climb stairs. Position requires a minimum of four days onsite. Office is climate controlled with heat and air conditioning.
