We are led by our two seasoned directors who understand the field from their combined experience of over fifty years working with a variety of individuals, couples, and families in the state and in private agencies.

REVIDAS is in need of a hybrid position as Supervising Clinician for those licensed at LICSW level seeing clients via TeleHealth and providing supervision to LCSWs and MSW Graduate Interns.

We are a rapidly expanding group mental health/wellness practice, based in Worcester. Flexible schedule, excellent pay, and a welcoming work culture emphasizing a proper work/life balance.

Our work with clients as young as teens through retirees is facilitated via TeleHealth through our secure HIPPA-compliant platform.

REVIDAS works with individuals using trauma informed treatment, understanding cognitive behavioral therapy, and have some knowledge of working with individuals involved in the child protection system. We also prefer staff who understand the value of alternative holistic methods of treatment as well as the need to refer to our medication prescriber, as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide short-term and long-term psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Provide assessment and diagnostic evaluations. Create a clinical treatment plan for implementing in the treatment of mental health conditions.

We offer the following:

*Free assistance with insurance panels credentialing (Candidates with previous credentialing status strongly encouraged to apply).

*We handle all billing and working with insurance companies with unpaid claims so you can focus on being a clinician.

*Enjoy reimbursements rates higher than industry average.

* 18 hours per week flexible throughout the week seeing clients via TeleHealth and supervising LCSWs and MSW graduate interns.

*Use of Electronic Medical Records.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

We are seeking staff who hold an MSW and are licensed independently with an LICSW.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*Willingness to work with adolescents

*CANS Certified or willingness to pursue certification

*Ability to speak a second language, preferably Spanish

*Computer skills including ability to work in Electronic Medical Record and e-mail
