Program Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator:
Our client, a highly acclaimed university in the Cambridge, MA area, is looking to bring on a Program Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a student facing admissions related environment and help with campus/online events.
This position is a direct hire permanent position.
The right candidate for this opening must be very detail oriented- will be helping to manage various events from start to finish. Someone who is data/tech savvy- Will be handling data analytics from events and working through their CRM system called Slate. Must have good time management skills and understand what a priority is and what can wait. Someone who can “Manage Up/ Speak Up”- will be working with leadership, so must be able to voice their opinion on specific programs that take place.
Must be flexible and adapt to change easily. Should also be ok with redundant work- it’s a common thing that happens in higher ed. Should be comfortable leading events. Must be easy going and can go with the flow. Should be able to handle ambiguity. Plusses: Previous experience working in higher education is preferred.

• Pay: $55,000
• Days/Hours:Monday- Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm- 40/hrs./wk. (Please Note: Some early mornings/late evenings and occasional weekends will be needed for various events.)
• This position will require this person to work on a hybrid schedule of 3-days on-site and 2-days remote
• No covid vaccination require, but highly recommended.

Job Details:

• The Program Coordinator for Admissions Recruiting is an integral member of the Admissions team. He/she provides high level organizational and administrative support to ensure that the recruiting efforts of the Admissions team run smoothly (this includes over 400 worldwide off-campus/virtual events and over 100 on campus/online events each year). He/she will collaborate daily with the entire Admissions team, program offices (MBA, MFin, MBAn, SFMBA, MSMS), other faculty, students, partners, alumni, candidates and vendors to recruit and enroll candidates to the six programs managed by the Admissions team.
