PROGRAM COORDINATOR, MICROMASTERS PROGRAM IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DECISION MAKING (AI DM), Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), to perform and manage complex and diverse duties in support of the large-scale global, online MicroMasters Program in AI DM. Will work closely with the digital learning lab fellow to coordinate multiple projects and work streams; and assist with program administration, delivery of courses, project development and management, community management, and event support. Responsibilities will include coordinating and performing day-to-day operational activities for the program; identifying, writing, proofreading, and editing copy for the website, email campaigns, and social media channels in conjunction with Open Learning marketing team; and assisting with the planning and coordination of program events such as promotional webinars and live learning sessions.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience; excellent organizational, administrative, problem solving, and communication skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize work appropriately, follow through on tasks, and meet multiple tight deadlines; attention to detail; flexibility and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing platform/environment; and ability to build strong working relationships with teammates, faculty, and staff. PREFERRED: advanced-level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., manipulating and summarizing data, matching datasets, etc.) and PowerPoint; experience with HTML; experience in an academic environment; teaching experience; knowledge of English grammar; proofreading skills; and an interest in higher education and educational technology.
