Boylston Staffing is looking for a Program Coordinator for a University in Boston, Will oversee the Student Center Fellow Program. Will Coordinator recruiting efforts, track applications, set up interviews, train and onboard and provide administrative support to the program. Will update handbooks, coordinator professional development, send out monthly newsletters, interact will other programs, reserve rooms for meetings, send out invoices, coordinate payments for space and fees for events, maintain lists, manage inventory, resolve billing issues, hire temporary and student workers, event coordination, and assist with research. This is a 3 month on-site role paying $30-$33/hr. Will have to work an occasional night or weekend.
