As Director of Human Resources, this individual will be essential to our HR and strategic planning process. This role will be heavily engaged with both the direct team and outsourced HR Providers ensuring that our talent acquisition, performance management systems and incentive compensation systems are effectively deployed throughout the North America organization and connected globally. This executive will partner with each of the operating business leads to ensure we are driving a positive company culture.
Position will split time between Corporate office in Naperville and Plant location in Chicago.
