Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, account management, and business development. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional service
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation efforts
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
Requirements:
