Project Manager Civil Engineer - Public Works - Austin, TX

Halff has an immediate opening in our Austin, TX office for a Professional Civil Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and water/wastewater utility design. This position requires strong design experience and project manager skills. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of municipal roadway, drainage, and water/wastewater utility projects. A successful candidates will be able to manage design and plan production as well as manage clients and supervise technical staff. Project Manager Civil Engineer - Public Works Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree

* Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas

* 6 to 10 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and water/wastewater utility

* MicroStation or AutoCAD

* Experience managing design and plan production

* Ability to manage clients and supervise technical staff

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success
