Haemonetics Corporation is Hiring a Talent Development Specialist Near Boston, MA

Job Details The Talent Development Specialist will support the global design and implementation of talent management programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results. Talent programs include performance management, engagement surveys, leadership development, learning and other strategic projects. The talent management specialist will execute and measure effectiveness of talent programs; partner and collaborate with the global HR team and business leaders to develop, communicate, and implement programs and processes; and operate as the functional contact of talent management technology, integration projects and process improvements. Develops and implements processes, programs, and systems in support of talent management strategy ensuring superior employee experience, effectiveness, and efficiency. Connects proposed strategies with Workday functionality and provides recommendations on tactical approach for implementation and execution. Administers talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources. Assists with the administration of the employee engagement survey and related employee engagement activities. Serves as a key point of contact to the business and global HR team for talent management programs and technology (HRIS & LMS), addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner. Provides guidance and training resources on Workday talent management features PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent Min. 2 years demonstrated experience in human resources, ideally designing and executing talent management processes and programs and resultant technology Experience utilizing an HRIS system to enable talent processes (preferably Workday) Experience with using and/or administering Learning Management Systems Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel-advanced, and PowerPoint) Experience with data collection, tracking, and reporting Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic, and self-motivated individual Passion for a talent mindset and driving performance Committed to creating & searching for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance EEO Policy Statement Conditions of Employment: Haemonetics’ policy requires COVID-19 vaccination for all U.S. employees, unless approved for a medical, religious or business exemption.
