As part of Global supply Chain department, the Planning specialist, the Senior Integrated Business Planning Specialist is responsible for E2E supply chain activities overseeing demand, supply, and inventory across the supply chain. . Furthermore, s/he is responsible for driving continuous improvement projects (regional, international as well as global) to remove complexity and improve S&OP and distribution process.

Monitoring progress of the production plan for our manufacturing footprint

• Identify constraints to execute the production plan and report it to senior management

• Ensure data accuracy is reflected in the system.

• Identify root cause for items that are on back order

• Follow up the delivery of the purchase orders from contract manufacturers sites and update delivery dates

• Support Supply Chain activities within corporate SC department

• Collaborate with cross-functional personnel such Quality and Logistics team

• inventory items and help to gather the data to develop a recovery plan Analyze low

Manage purchase orders overseeing shipping schedules and maintain purchase records

• Review in transit report and follow up the receiving of the finish goods to the distribution center

• Review sales orders report for OEM products and identify any risk to fulfill the due dates.

• Provide regular reporting of process results to senior management.
