SoftInWay is global turbomachinery engineering firm at the cutting edge of energy production. We are growing and need a dedicated Human Resources and Hiring teammate. You want to be a crucial supporting player in the exciting fields of aerospace or space exploration this could be the job for you. In this roll, you will be identifying qualified candidates and candidate pools, developing and implementing strategies to fill all vacant positions and delivering all facets of a successful recruiting program. Accomplishment of goals should be met through collaboration with the senior leadership team, and hiring managers. You should be a player/coach and have the desire to win by achieving business objectives through the hiring of key talent across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media and employees. Maintain and promote employee referral program.
• Develop and track metrics of recruiting and hiring process and produce analysis to be used for best practices for HR and Management.
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives and activities.
• Responsible for the administrative duties and record keeping, payroll administration and onboarding processes.

Requirement & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s preferred. 3-5 years of human service experiences preferred 3-5 years of recruiting/HR experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple competing priorities.
• Professional in Human Resources certification preferred.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office.
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
