Responsibilities

• Think analytically to respond to complex inquiries and make timely decisions
• Action orientated and successful at prioritizing multiple tasks
• Professional demeanor with superior communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and also in a team environment, with a high degree of initiative, poise, and confidentiality
• Encourage Kaufman Connect survey participation and create result presentations
• Review Employee Handbook, make recommendations on possible changes
• Assist with employee relations issues, PIP creation and or Disciplinary action(s), as needed
• Shadow HR Business Partner while addressing needs for assigned business units
• Provide support/answers for employee questions
• Seek onboarding feedback from new hires

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate at an accredited university. Must be Junior standing.
• Maintains strong academic success (minimum overall GPA of 3.40)
• Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior Human Resources experience preferred
