The HR Intern will gain experience working in multiple areas of human resources including talent development, talent management, benefits and training. He or she will learn about current HR industry issues, analyze data and develop the necessary technical skills to start a successful career in Human Resources. The HR Intern will work side by side with HR staff and senior leaders to collaborate on recruitment initiatives, talent assessment, special projects, assist with employee engagement initiatives, and more. He or she will develop their business acumen, communication and leadership skills all while gaining real world HR experience.
