Front Office Manager for Busy Auction Company
We are looking for an Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our growing online auction company. This is an entry-level position where a successful candidate can build professional skills. If you like a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to grow, GRS may be for you.
Every day is different, but the one big constant is excellent customer service and organization. Our candidate will work with our Auction Sellers and Buyers to solve problems, answer phones, coordinate payments, schedule auction staff, edit online auctions, and help with company events.
Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 8:30a – 4:30p
Wage Negotiable

Closing Online Auctions
Office Organization
Scheduling
Auction Platform Management
Social Media and E-Mail Marketing
eBay Reporting
Technology Programs:
Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Adobe
Several Auction Platform Programs – We will train
Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and communication skills
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Likes to be part of the team
Must pass a background check

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
