POSITION: Front Office Manager
REPORTS TO: Partners
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the practice as well as progress towards strategic plan. This will include oversight of:
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
¨ 3 years experience in full-charge management position in oral surgery office

¨ Proficient in PC environment and related software - WinOMS
¨ Demonstrated outstanding organizational, problem-solving and situation analysis skills.
¨ Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
¨ Places high priority on accuracy, timeliness and follow-through.
¨ Understanding of business and management practices.
¨ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
¨ Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinates.
¨ Ability to manage employee resources, including hiring and termination.

¨ Must be able to work effectively in a team.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
¨ Maintain corporate action plan and due dates. Work with team to achieve goals.
¨ Maintain calendar of practice compliance requirements.
¨ Communicate profitability and key performance indicators to partners.
¨ Meet with partners as needed.
¨ Assure timely patient/insurance collections.
¨ Hire, manage and terminate employees as needed for appropriate staffing.
¨ Annual performance reviews as well as interim reviews as needed for team.
¨ Work with practice consultant to evaluate practice performance, strategize training,
prioritize practice efforts,
¨ Develop practice systems to assure optimal practice performance.
¨ Supervise clinical and administrative functions and manage day-to-day operations.
¨ Lead monthly team meetings and training as needed.
¨ Meet with Team Leaders and key staff monthly to facilitate practice progress.
¨ Meet with marketing team as needed to ensure consistent, multi-faceted and timely
marketing efforts to achieve referral goals.
¨ Coordinate external training as needed.
¨ Ensure facilities meet or exceed the practice image.
¨ Ensure the team meets or exceeds the customer service goals of the practice.
¨ Other duties as assigned by the partners.
