What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for an experienced Claims Specialist who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. This position will help directly improve our Billing operations.
You will be responsible for all aspects of billing related to claim denials and resolutions. You will report directly to a Team Lead on our Billing team to identify denial trends and investigate affected claims. You will also work closely with our Customer Support teams to assist with provider or client questions related to billing. From day one, you’ll get exposure to what it’s like to build a business from the ground-up and you’ll be able to drive real impact.
