We are based in Charlotte, NC specializing in wholesale wood, hollow metal doors and hardware and currently looking for a Controller/ Accounting Manager to join our team!

- Pay: $90,000-$120,00/yr
- Hours: M-F, 8-5

- Provide leadership and direction to a business unit team of people
- Manage Accounting, Operations and Distribution
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- In charge of running the main day-to-day business activities of the company or business unit
- B.S./B.A. in Accounting
- 5 years in professional roles, specializing in privately held and rapidly expanding organizations
- 3 years in P&L experience
- 2 years of managerial experience
- Significant experience managing accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Solid process improvement skills and able to leverage technology required
- Strong work ethic including managing multiple projects at a time.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Passion for "making things better" and thinking outside the box.
