JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description: The Cost Accounting Implementation Manager will work as part of the Corporate Finance and ERP Project team to understand, evolve, and optimize the end-to-end processes and key data touchpoints across the Corporate Finance Systems ecosystem. This role will work closely with business and IT key stakeholders to support initiatives and ensuring quality solutions that meet business requirements. This role will actively participate in and support global finance supply chain process/controls improvement and financial systems transformation projects. Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to: Get up to speed quickly on progress of the ERP project and overall status Work hand in hand with the supply chain team to develop and refine cost accounting processes Maintenance and development of sub-ledger accounting rules in the ERP (relating specifically to cost accounting) Support integration work of inventory organizations into the ERP. Assist with systematic and manual cycle counts and investigation of any resulting variances Reporting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders’ questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly Leverages finance process and technology best practices; partnering with supply chain and finance organizations to support and improve existing business processes Drives simplification and standardization strategies across brands Performs impact analysis and supports application testing, implementation, and training activities throughout the process Develop standard work to support the ERP Implementation Document existing processes and drive consistency across entities through policy implementation Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting. Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant is preferred. 5-10 years of experience in progressive accounting roles #LI-Hybrid #LI-DM1 #DBCORP
