We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Maintain and organized filing systems
• Retrieve, distribute and open daily mail
• Prepare daily deposit and weekly payables
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Perform all other general office tasks and projects

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Proficient in handling incoming/outgoing calls
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of AP/AR
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
