Gridspace is looking for an Operations and Compliance Manager to take charge of our security compliance program. The candidate should be extremely enthusiastic about generative AI, startups, and business operations. We are looking for someone who can apply their strong communication and organization skills, as well as be a positive influence on company culture at a rapidly-growing AI startup.

Responsibilities for this role include authoring and maintaining company policies and procedures, working with auditors and vendors, tracking roles and responsibilities, managing employee training, and generally keeping company operations secure and efficient. This role has potential for promotion and growth based on performance. You will be mentored directly by the company founders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
