We are looking for someone who has a passion for influencer marketing in United States. This person will work in a team to communicate with clients for their needs and come up with marketing proposals and strategies that centre around influencers and content creators. He or she will liaise with brand clients to pitch and execute the campaigns. As this person will be communicating with various stakeholders, he or she must have high emotional intelligence. Additionally, he or she must be able to think on their feet with creative content ideas and direction. Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the overall well-being of the office
• Organize and/or plan for festive seasons and gifting for employees/ key stakeholders
• Oversee cost & expenditures across the units in Gushcloud US
• Integration of different units in Gushcloud US
• Forging and Managing partnerships with Key companies for Gushcloud US
• Managing and doing projections for Gushcloud US for the current and upcoming FYs
• Managing and Reporting of numbers for various functions – Sales, HR, Talent, etc.
• Facilitate the generation of payroll
• On-boarding new employees and preparing the necessary items for their role
• Off-boarding exiting employees and the collection of Company’s items
• Management of any HR issues with employees
• Goal-settings and Reviews with Employees
• Manpower planning and Hiring for Gushcloud US
• Rolling out any the initiatives from HQ to the team

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations preferred
• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication in English
• High energy and able to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Good time management and accountable to multiple parties at once
• Forward thinking on plans and have ample contingencies
• Problem solver with analytical skills
• Organized and enjoy creating and maintaining systems
• Passion and Interest in the entertainment industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
