Operations Manager (Full-Time)
Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising a team of 35-45 Truck Team Members and motivating them to achieve their goals.
• Holding staff accountable to punctuality, uniform standards, and any other expected compliance standards.
• Updating Metrics and Conducting informative and energizing morning meetings.
• Onboarding, training, and developing a world-class team.
• Developing highly engaged Team Members who feel cared for and understand that their work matters.
• Driving sales, identifying increased profit opportunities, and increasing market share.
• Preparing schedules, assigning teams, and proactively monitoring the routes for greatest efficiency.
• Ensuring the Teams work safely on the jobs and on the trucks.
• Keeping the fleet of trucks well maintained and operationally sound.
• Ensuring high-quality execution of all jobs; monitoring post-job satisfaction and proactively addressing any issues.
• Ensuring that all information related to metrics, sales, estimates, jobs, trucks, and other operational details are accurate and up to date. 
• Performing office responsibilities including the purchasing of supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Completion of administrative tasks up to and including bank deposits, and invoicing clients.
• Ensuring the Teams are conducting marketing tasks including but not limited to door hangers and lawn signs.
• Build & maintain relationships with clients ensuring repeat business as well as continued growth. 
• Oversee daily truck inspections and ensure trucks are fully equipped and operational.
• Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager and working closely with the Leadership Team.

To qualify, candidates must possess:

• 2 years of operational management experience. 
• You exemplify our core values: Passion, Integrity, Professionalism and Empathy (PIPE).
• A great attitude with strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Elevating and supporting the Team Members in obtaining their goals. 
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Availability to work full-time including weekends.
• Tech-savvy

Compensation:

• Compensation: $85k base salary plus excellent quarterly bonus structure.
