Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining our operational processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a proven track record in operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations Management: oversee daily operational activities, ensuring effective and efficient workflow.
• Operational Strategy: Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of operations staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage key projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other department heads and external partners to ensure that operations align with the overall strategy of the agency.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary changes to meet or exceed operational goals.
• Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency without compromising quality or service.
• Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the agency's reputation for excellence.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports, databases, and documentation related to operations, ensuring accuracy and availability for decision making and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in operations-related software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
